IDR does nto recognize nic on DL360 G5

Its a Hp DL 360 G5 server. Running Win2k3 std serverThe nic is HP NC3733i. and everything is running the latest and greatest drivers.The IDR wizard creates the cd and boots the cd but nic fails to recognize.Help please.
