Hi, LU is not working on my BESR 8.0 installation. I have tried the web tool to update but I think the customer web filter is blocking it. I've not been able to find a d/l link for the enterprise liveupdate. Can anyone provide a link? Regards,

Hi, Using Bexec 12 with latest drivers and liveupdates, I have a Dell Tl2000 tape library with LTO4 tape drives (latest fw). All backups are across GB network (mostly on same switch) using remote agent. Backup throughput seems very slow (500MB/Min)....

Thank you for the quick reply. Sorry if I appear a bit dim here, but is the article saying that if the disk is dynamic you have to delete the disk and ALL the volumes on it to be recovered?

Another question ...as the system was bootable and I just wanted to revert the drives could I have just run BESR and recovered the C:\ (OS) drive while the system was running or does that need to be booted from the BESR CD?

Yes, Its a single dynamic disk with several partitions. I only wanted to recover 2 out of the six, incl the OS drive.

Thanks for the reply. The problem I have is not when imaging (that appears to work OK), but with DK itself, which is set for automatic defrag. Every 10 mins or so, presumably when DK attempts some action, it appears to enquire the volume VSS status, ...
