Hi, Our NDMP backups run fine when they are sent to tape drives. The moment they are changed to go to BasicDisk, they fail with status code 213 "No Storage Units Available for User". Did anyone have the same issue ever? Thanks,S

No resolution. For now, i have concluded that NDMP backups cannot go on to Basic or Advanced Disks. It is a lot of trouble contacting Symantec support. They are slow and unresponsive. So,I am just writing them to tape.
sdw303 sounds like most of the veritas support folks. The poor guy said he does not have any switches. Also, the respnses are much like most veritas folks' response. Generalized and creless. What has this world come to?!!!
