Hi,A couple of quick questions that I couldn't find in the documentation.1. do I need to reboot the servers after I upgrade?2. if the upgrade fails do I have to re-install everything or will I be able to rollback/uninstall just 12? Thank you

and 2 more3. Can I install the remote server agent on a server 2000 box?4. If yes, do I have to uninstall the previous version? It would be nice to retain the old stand-alone version in case we ever need it. thanks, again
