Dell TL4000 HW encryption

Hello, I have a Dell TL 4000 HW encryption, FC drives. I am unable to format media. I enabled barcode rules and set media types  but I still obtain "e000821e - Library error - incompatible storage media detected in robotic library". Any ideas? Thanks
