After I upgrde the DLO to ver' 6.1 MP4, I stoped to get alert by mail .
when I try to configur the "PERSON RECIPIENT PROPERTIES: and try the to get test mail I get an Error:
V-19-310-1-5
a data store related error occurred.
some one know how...
I receive the same false error.
you need to open case in symantec. the have pech update to the SQL on the server and pech for the agent.
Symantec Engineering has released a minor patch called “MP4 PLUS” for DLO v6.1 MP4
