Thanks for your reply but what do you mean by "back them up through Shadow Copy components " and how can i do that? now iam backing them up through shared drive which appears in the selection list

where must i see the information store? in ccr virtual node or in passive node or on the active node?

but i didnt install MAPI cdo on the active node and i cant see the information store on the passive node or on the virtual node;
