I have problem with Netbackup 7 and Oracle backup. Each database is backup twice during backup windows. I check - it's only one channel open in rman script.

No. I had test many policy configuration. The last one (listed in last post) performed two copies and Application Backup schedule was set to one hour instead of the entire day.
