Job Log issue

Server BackupExec 11d, I opened a Job report , it shows "Please wait ... loading the job log", but nothing happens. the screen shows only a blank page. Any idea ?
I did test to reproduce this

I did test to reproduce this issue, createe a new job , run this job , deleted the temp IE files in local session.
