i should add the Server Status of the queued inventory job is Server Paused. But the Paused icon is not on the media server not pausing and unpausing resolves. Beutil see's the server as paused.

any updates on how to resolve this issue? the jobs run but the utilites do not. symantec tech had me update to R2 to no avail.
