Hi, I have two different flavours of oracle (Ver 9g & 10g) & in that three Databases on the same Server. Will Backup Exec 2010 have any conflicts between differents flavours while restoring. Need your valuable suggession. Regards! Kashif

Hi, Problem seems to be your OS, I think computer browser service is getting stop. Better to update the OS patches and give the login credentilas once again to all the Backup Exec Services which are running under Domain User ID. Regards! S.Kash...

Hi borris-bear , Try to keep Harware level compression in the backup setup tab. If your hardware support definetely it will compress to the raito of 1:1. But most of the drive wont support that much of compression. Try for luck S.Kashif.Ali
