Thanks for the suggestion. I got the domino backup performance to where I want it to be - 900 mbps. But it deteriorates time goes by, down to 600mbps. It happens on either media - tape or disk. Why is that?

We have BE 2010 R2 and the domino version is 8.5.2. Not sure about the service pack, maybe none or sp1.
