Restoring mailboxes on Exchange 2007

I'm having a problem when trying to restore mail boxes from MS Exchange 2007 using NetBackup 6.5.5. Every time I try I get this message; file read failed(13) and nothing gets done. Do anybody have an answer for this? thanks in advance.
