I installed the tape drive with the symantec drivers. I have BE 2010.

Here are the steps I already tried:
- Removed the tape drive from BE and Windows
- Restarted the server and reinstalled the tape drive in Windows and BE
- Upgraded the firmware off the tape drive
- Tested the connection with HP Library & Tape Tool...
I tried pausing and un pausing the server -> it didn't work
The hardware is compatible with BE 2010
I have a Windows Server 2008 Standard with SP2
If I try the HP Library & Tape Tools then I can read/write data to the tape and the connectivity is OK....
