The dc is running win2003, I didnt update the agent on the DC

I dont have any hotfixes as mentioned above. Its seems to be pot luck if it works. I ran the same job 3 times worked 1 of the 3 times. I have downloaded all the new hotfixes to see if this resovled the issue but still the same.
