No option to flush logs after FULL backup of Exchange in BE2012

Hi,      I can not find option to flush the transaction logs of Exchange 2010 after FULL backup. Is symantec removed this option? Any patch is required???   Thanks, MT

BackupExec 2010 R3 supports Exchange 2010 sp1 GRT restore????

Many articles are saying that backup exec 2010 does not support  Exchange 2010 sp1 Granualr Recovery Technology (GRT) restore feature.Which helps to restore indidual mail or mailbox. Any one tried??? Is it possible in new R3??
