Am new to our company have we use BE ver12.5. Just wondering if this version performs Total VM backups and Restores. I see that version 2011 does but have not found anything about 12.5. If so, how can I obtain documentation about it?
Am new to BackupExec. We have version 12.5. Recently , one of our jobs got stuck and we cancelled the job BUT it has been nearly 3 days and it is still in Cancel Pending. How do I resolve this?
Isn't VCB part of the retail product of VMware ESX? I have the free hypervisor version. So, if it needs VCB, does that mean I can not use BE ver12.5 and need to go with BE2010?
