the backup is running fine now. we have scheduled the exchange, file and sql backup first, and then vmware. the problem was the vmware backup made snapshot from the D volume, and the file backup want to backup at the same time the D volume

as we restart the exchange server, the backup is running succesfull for 1 time. the next run is the same error. exchange server is fully patched with windows updates. we don;t have installed Exchange 2010 SP2. so that is our next step.
