I have to remove BKUPEXEC from the server's C drive and reinstall it to the D drive since the C is running out of space.What files and folders do I need to recopy so that BKUPEXEC will retain its same settings once I reinstall it on the new partition...

On a Win 2003 server, backup "hangs" when it tried to backup the Shadow Copy Components that I have to manually terminate the backup. It backs up all my drives fine and it only starts hanging when it is time to backup the server's Shadow Copy compone...

I ended up replacing the tape drive as after another server reboot, I could not even run a test backup, nor can I even run a tape erase.

I have upgraded to SP1 for Veritas with no luck.I will try ABHINAW's suggestion of deselcting the USER DATA in the Shadow Copy Components. and see if I get a success. Question though, why deselect this feature??Thanks.
