Backup job will not run "No Idle device available"

Installed a new HP Dat 160 to replace a bad tape deck, booted up and BU Exec found the new device and installed it with BU Exec Drivers.  Now the Backup job will not run.  Job status is Ready, No idle devices are available.  When I look at the device...
