I did that and i have two issues when i trying to delete the device the BE said that i have one pending job but the job log is empty even if i restart the services i still get access denied

i installed again symantec tape drivers and i still have errors to communicate with the device and access denied error!

The sas card is only for the tape yes the question is if any windows service holding the usage of the tape drive via backup exec

Hi the tape is installed corrercty on Windows Devices Now i used the windows drivers, i can see the tape BUT when i trying to take a backup the job is on status Queued
