Hi, Just to clarify, we are running Backup Exec 12 on Windows Server 2003. Looks like the problem may be just be that the hardware is not on the compatability list for Backup Exec 12. Thanks, D

Hi, Nope, it is not listed in the device manager. All I see in the device manager is an HP LTO-5 tape drive. Thanks, D
