I ended up upgrading to BUE 10.d. It initially gave me the same error message. However, 10.d allowed me to change the system logon account to another userid. 9.1 wouldn't let me do that.thanksDoug

I tried it without the eject before I noticed that SP1 hadn't been applied. Just for kicks, I deleted the current job and created a new one without the auto eject. We'll see what happens tomorrow.Regarding your other question, there are no prompts ...

Thanks Sandeep. That did the trick. I should have thought of that myself. I disabled my antivirus but forget about Webroot's SpySweeper.
