I have done a search through the forums, and havnt found an answer to this.Is it possible to change the SMTP notification subject line in BackupExec v9.1?I know it wasnt possible in 9.0, but maybe there has been some update etc in 9.1 which allows it...

The SQL and Exchange agents include an NT remote agent, but to backup those servers you will most likley need the RA.So no you dont need to buy additional RA's to backup the SQL and Exchange servers if you purchase the SQL / Exchange agents.

I have never tried to do this myself, as it is too dangerous.Most likely the reason BackupExec doesnt allow you to do this is because it will mess up any indexes/triggers you have on that table.Try to create a temporary database and restore the data...

Honestly, it may be easier to save your job templates and just re-install veritas backup exec.Re-installing will take about 20mins or less, and then you just import the job definitions you saved.I dont know how you can be running out of space because...
