Ok, But this seems a bug for if one doesn't check the system daily for alerts which may cause processes to fail, what does one do when over a long weekend when processes are expected to run and no one is there to check the Alert Log?

This thread contained what I think allowed me to fix my issue. Also could not select the mailboxes. Unhiding the logon account is what allowed me to check the boxes. I'm done. Thanks much to all who read and suggested.

Hi,Understand. It sound that there is conflict with the jobs attempting to access same drive simultaneously. That is probably why the engine crashes. Is it possible to use a second drive and have the jobs use different drives?
