Thanks Renuka for the reply, but it does not answer my question. Checked up some other sources that duplicate backup set is not possible with only one tape drive. Found the answer that i'm looking for anyway.

Realised that I can change the priority of the schedule job. The higher priority job will run first followed by the lower priority job when both jobs are scheduled at the same time.
