We created a directory called "nobackup" on all the servers.  I need to exclude all the "nobackup" directory on a backup job.  The "nobackup" directory is under various location on every server.  Need help with accomplishing this.

We are planning to run back up jobs on a seperate subnet(non-routable subnet/server to server) to reduce network traffic on production network.  Anyone has experience with this subject?
