After configuring a backup I noticed that the tape pulled was from an incorrect Medis Set. I checked my configuration and had selected the corect set but Veritas pulled from a different set. any ideas?thanks
Version 10 is running on a 2003 Server. BE memory use increases until the server fails. The server has 1 gig which should be more than adequate. Is there a fix from Veritas or MS?thanks
Thanks for the reply. I looked into this and found that the correct selection was in place. Is there any other issue that could lead to this sort of event?
It seems that buying a Veritas product was a hudge mistake. Veritas will not investigate the memory leak issue unless we pay for the incident. I strongly recommend that anyone interested in a backup software suite look elsewhere.
