Media Loaded but not listed in Media Tab.

I just installed the product to try it out and the media is not listed anywhere within BackupExec v10.0.If not in "online" media, shouldn't it atleast be listed in Foreign Media until I can format it?Please help the "newbie" out. :)Thanks.Tony
