Everything else backs up at 1000+ MB / min. When I try and backup the Exchange Mailboxes it goes at 64 mb/min.How can I fix this?

You mis-understood the question - Moving BE is not the issue, it's pretty obvious that one would have to install the correct version of BE on the new server. The question has to do wtih RESTORING client folders, rights etc.

Global Excludes to de-select specific mailbox folders = a wonderful idea... but I searched the veritas web site and found no instructions for doing this (directories are easy).
