This issue was fixed by doing a local "repair" installation of Remote Agent on the remote server.

Thanks, KenI was able to do a local install at the remote server by going to \\mediaserver\P$\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT\Agents\RANT32, and running VERITAS Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers.msiNot exactly what you said to do, but...
