We currently run version 10.0 Rev. 5484 with only Hotfix 25 appied. Is it possible to upgrade straight to 10d from this ? Is there a documented procedure for it ?Thanks

It is not a Windows server we are trying to back up, it is a Buffalo NAS device.Yes you can ping that address from the server.There is no agent running on it ...

Is there any update on this issue ? I have the same problem with a 1TB Terastation ... the backup appears to fail but a search of the catalogue indicates files have been backed up although the archive bit on the files on the Terastation remain unchan...
