VOX

After installing version 10d on my windows 2000 server/sp4 Backupexec will not load. The splash screen comes up and then goes away and I get no error messages or event log errors.

I have a powervault 110 T DLT drive and it is showing up as offline in the devices tab of Backupexec. I have disabled and enabled the device, turned it on and off, restarted the backupexec services and rebooted the server it is physically connected ...
