Intelligent Disaster Recovery Bootable CD

I'm using Windows 2003 SBS Premium Edition. With the IDR-Assistant I created a *.ISO-File. I burnt this file to a CD (format IS= 9660, without Joliet), but my server doesn't recognize this CD as a Boot-CD.Who knows, how to get a bootable CD?
