Upgrd Exch 2K to 2K3 now BU Exec 8.6 Access Denied

HelloI just upgraded from Exchange 2K to 2003 and now my Back Up Exec 8.6 give an Access Denied error attaching to Information Store.I can back up individual mail boxes fine and NTBACKUP works fine on the Information Store.Any ideas?ThanksRichard
