Backup Exec 9.1 Cluster server upgrade to 11d

Dear Expert, We are planning to upgrade our backup exec cluster server from 9.1 to 11d. Is that any procedure that we need to follow. Such as upgrade the 1st node then the second node or shutdown the Backup Exec services before upgrade...Pls advise
