Backup Exec services will not start after memory upgrade

I believe my problem deals with this articles number 253894.http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/253894.htmI removed the memory back to 1 GB, but it the services will not start and I cannot access the GUI. Any suggestions?Thank you.
