Update: After applying the 3787 patch, I can no longer backup anything on any remote server. So beware the 3787 patch.Also, Veritas claims no support or compatability for 8.6 and Windows Server 2003, so I've just found out.

First off, yes, I just found where Veritas denies support for 8.6 with 2003.Secondly, yes, I can attach with the local backup account to any of the servers, including Enterprise Manager and browse all databases, make changes to them, add users, delet...

As far as I can tell it works. I've been using it to backup a few 2003 servers.
