Yes, We uninstalled and went with a different solution.Support, you can close/lock this.

It is a local job and I do not have the exact error. It will happen again in a couple days and I will post the exact error message.I will also try the upgrade but I am out of town until Tuesday Sept 13. Please do no let this thread die. Thanks.Kim
