I have just taken over IT management here at Cypress and am trying to get the backups to work. It seems they have been failing for months. The only one I can't get to work is the backup of the Exchange 2003 server. I will get an access denied message...

Not right now. The only stuff that gets on there are backups and archived folders from other, already scanned, sources.

I had another successful night's backup. It seems the latest hot fix has done the trick.

I had a successful backup last night, so the problem may be corrected. This came after loading one more patch to BE, HF52. If I have continued success tonight I will let you know.MIke
