After restarting the services on one of my MMS in the CASO it still says communication.I have restarted both the CASO and the MMS. All services are started.Suggestions?

Does anyone know what the little icons mean when you create or modify a selection list... The machines have a little window next to them or a yellow Triangle but cant tell what that means.Thanks

Is there any custom report or report that will show you what each Media Server is backing up.for instance what directories and such is being backed up. Thanks

This issue was taken care of. It actually was catalogging the Message Stores but didnt show a byte count. Once we did the restore the byte count was there and things were good. Thank you all for your comments.

Hi KenThanks for the response. No i didnt want to restore each mailbox. I just wanted to restore the message store. I go thru the catalog process and it basically "skips" catalogging the message stores and only catalogs other data such as C:\whatever...

I opened a ticket a couple days ago. The tech said he would call back by EOB Wednesday... Never received that call. Here is the response e-mail the next day. Shouldnt it be first come first server? I would hope that a symantec executive will see this...

I have resolved the issue in my case. There was one of the resources that was being backed up had been restarted with our patch scheduling and it did not come back up so the BE server was having a problem communicating with it thus hanging up the pre...
