When upgrading Backupexec 12.0 to 12.5

We are getting ready to upgrade BE 12.0 to 12.5 and have limited times to do this.  Do the servers that are 12.0 remote agents need to be repushed and if so do they need to be rebooted?  Can we just restart the remote agent service? Steve

Our server is also going out and connecting to http://motcs.veritas.com/mots/motstats and motcs.veritas.com every minute and sometimes even more. How do I stop this.How do I un-install DirectAssist?ThanksSteve
