We found that replication isnt working (Replication status: paused due to network disconnection)

We tried resync but we got an error
root@cdd-cgb2 # vradmin -g datadg resync datarvg
Message from Primary:
VxVM VVR vradmin ERROR V-5-52-493 Cannot perform the operation: none of the Secondaries is in DCM logging mode.
We Stopped vradmin on secondary then on primary and started them but always the same problem.
We checked services : services are up
Ports are the default : heartbeat: 4145
vradmind: 8199
vxrsyncd: 8989
data: Anonymous-Ports
We checked connection between the primary and secondary on both directions by their names and with these ports -> the connections are ok
