Share Point backup fails

could you please any one help me to get resolve the backup fails on sharepoint 2010.

V-79-57344-65300 - The Sharepoint resource is not responding. Backup set canceled.

Please ensure Backup version is fully updated using live updated if you are on BE 2010 version ensure you are on latest build as BE 2010 R3 and not BE 2010 or R2. Also please note you can upgrade from BE 2010 to BE 2010 r3 using live update you would have to download latest build BE 2010 r3 from link below and then install on top of current BE 2010 verison to upgrade which will keep all your configuration same and also would use the same licesnes. lastly once you ensure BE is fully patched up please ensure remote agent version on Sharepoint and SQL server matches to remote agent version on Media sever

Additionally ensure account has right permission to backup sharepoint

all the said already done by us and now share point error resolved the new error found in exchange backup.

we are running exchange 2010 with DAG running on windows 2008 server

the media server running on Windows 2008 standard 64 bit

symantec backup exec 2010 r3 with all hotfix.

the error attached with this reply, please help us get resolve this.
