When attempting to make a backup of a Windows 2003 Server (Web Edition) getting I am occasionally getting the following error (generally every 2-3 backup runs)

Backup- \\\Shadow?Copy?Components \\\Shadow?Copy?ComponentsV-79-57344-65233 - A failure occurred querying the Writer status.
V-79-57344-65233 - A failure occurred querying the Writer status.

I've followed the steps in the following document:

An I am seeing no errors when I do the VSS LIST WRITERS command. I've also applied latest hotfix for VSS from microsoft:

1) Check with Ntbackup if the problem persists.

2) Reboot the server once and check the result.

3) Perform single volume snap at at time backup and check the result.
