Backing up the backup server

What are the appropriate directories to backup on the backup server itself? In the event that one of our backup servers fails, we'll want to build a new server, install BackupExec 9.1 and then restore the relevant directories (program files, catalogs, etc) so that we can pick up where we left off before the failure. Specifically which directories do I need to be backing up?

Hi,

The following directories under :\Program Files\VERITAS\Program Files\Backup Exec\NT are required:
a. Data
b. Catalogs
c. ECM
d. IDR (if present)
e. Reports\Saved
f. Backup-to-Disk folders (if created)

The data directory contains the data files for the Backup Exec database, hope the information is useful to you.
