10.1 License Keys in 10.0 BackupExec

I've seen many questions and answers that I can use my v10.0 license keys with v10.1, but what about the other way around?

I am using v10.0 and have been quoted v10.1 IDR, RALU and Windows Remote Agents. I was going to use the v10.0 software for all of them.

Can I enter the v10.1 license key into BackupExec 10.0 to enable the v10.0 software for these agents/options?
