Hello,
I have recently purchased a Backup Exec 10d Windows Remote Agent CAL. Before purchasing I verified with Veritas sales I could use this license with Backup Exec 9.1. They informed me it would work if I downgrade the license. I can find no information on how to accomplish this. I get an invalid serial number error when trying to install it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
