PostgreSQL issues during the configuration

Hi,

I try to do testing deployment on NetBackup for PostgreSQL. Below are the specs details.

(1) Master Server

Hostname: fa-vm-rhel-nbu01-dr

OS: RHEL 8

NetBackup Master: 10.3

(2) PostgreSQL Server

Hostname: fa-vm-rhel-psql

OS: RHEL 8

NetBackup Client: 10.0.0

PostgreSQL Version: 16

PostgreSQL Agent: 10.0.0

I have done do the prerequisite and go through the PostgreSQL guide for the NetBackup. But, when I try to run backup, issue occurred like below:

I am not able to see the details of the picture you have porivded.
are you able to reach netbackup from client (by IP and name) and vice verse,port 1556 must be accessible between master and media and client.
I never installed postgres but one of requirement is to keep the agent same as netbackup version,doesn't that mean you need to install netabckup agent 10.3 (same as your master server)?
