Hi everyone,
I have been getting this error for a couple weeks.
The full error message is "(Server: "##") (Job: "Full Data Backup") Full Data Backup -- The job failed with the following error: The Backup Exec job engine system service is not responding." The eventID is 34113.
I have restarted the services and they are all currently started. I am able to backup data to a harddrive, inventory the robotic library, and complete a test run of the full backup job.
I am running server 2003 and backup exec 10.1 REV 5629
